Four things I’ve learned as a business healer
When I started working as a business healer, I had the calm conviction that I was following a calling. That doesn’t mean I knew how my work would be received. Nearly six months in, here’s what I’ve learned.
1. People intuitively understand the concept of business healing.
When I notified my coaching clients that I’d be shifting to a model that included healing, I was thrilled that they not just stayed with me but were also eager to experience this new iteration of our work together. When I speak about the invisible impact of what happens at work, and how it creates energetic residue we carry with us as people and professionals, most people are not only open to hearing about it but also personally interested in sampling what business healing can do for them.
Because, the truth is, almost 100% of us aren’t yet where we want to be, despite having achieved levels of success professionally and personally—in our bodies, our relationships, our families, and with money.
2. Business healing starts with personal healing because you are at the heart of your work.
I start each client engagement with a thorough physical, mental, and emotional clearing. We remove attachments that are causing energy leaks and confusion and retune and rebalance your energy centers. That’s because you are the through-line between yourself, your lived experiences, and the future you desire, personally and professionally. Once your energy body is clean, we move on to healing your business and energizing your professional goals, starting from a lighter, more harmonized personal position.
Success is energy—and so are money, acclaim, accomplishments, strong partnerships, and thriving. So are failures, disappointments, and regrets. That’s why we want to thoroughly cleanse what’s been happening and what you’ve been storing, consciously or unconsciously, beneath the surface, before we can energize your desires. I use energy protocols to penetrate those heavier energies that have been building up in your mental, emotional, and physical bodies in order to lighten the inner load you’ve been carrying. Then, we tackle what you want to create in the future.
3. Business healing works, and it feels good.
Business healing is rooted in the deep tradition of pranic healing, which uses energy to heal a host of physical and psychological ailments. I’ve studied the practice, which is used to complement not replace Western medicine, for 25 years. Beyond the feeling of greater lightness, peace, and calm that 100% of clients report after their first session, here are other outcomes they’ve shared:
The chronic pain in my back is gone
I received more than what I originally expected, feeling lighter, more thoughtful, less anxious, and relieved from stress
The whole session was calming and reassuring while also digging deep into past experiences that may be affecting me today
I feel deep sense of gratitude and connection to the greater energy source that protects and guides us
I value this approach so much because it honors the fact that I can't extract my leadership from my personal, emotional, and mental framework
4. Business healing works for people at all levels of professional development.
One of my clients, a successful professional at the top of her field, has availed herself of the best mainstream tools out there—therapy, executive coaching, and a group program focused on managing and resolving embodied trauma. Yet she felt she had reached a plateau. She reached out to me for help moving to the next level of career and personal fulfillment. My approach is holistic, working with the mental, physical, and emotional aspects of her life and career. In each session, we’ve gone deeper, with the healing and coaching sessions building on one another to produce a series of breakthroughs.
I love offering business healing to help clients recognize and resolve patterns of thought and feeling that are at the root of the roadblocks and challenges they’ve been experiencing at work and in life. Together, we intercept, deconstruct, disrupt, and override these roadblocks, on energetic and physical levels, to achieve lasting change.
What would you want to release if you were to pursue your own healing?
What would you want to learn about yourself and your career?
What would be possible for you to receive?
What could you then contribute to the world?
