The Business Healer

I’m Marte Siebenhar.

I use energy and strategy to heal professionals—small business owners, founders, executives, and middle managers—and their prosperity.

Because everyone deserves to be successful and thrive.

Work should be a prosperous act of joy.

Because prosperity looks good on you.

And because your authentic self and unique superpowers are your most powerful assets.

When you know, lean into, and live your value, you create transformational returns for yourself and others.

My story

I’m the poster child for a non-linear career that took me from the concert hall to the classroom, board room, international stage, consulting world, C-suite, and small business ownership.

I’ve worn the hats of classical musician, arts executive, business owner, and healer.

Climbing the career ladder wasn’t very joyful. Just as a series of leadership and management positions left me burned out and skeptical about my own worth, I found myself immersed in a catastrophic breakup. I was mentally, emotionally, and physically burned out.

I longed reconnect with my true value as a person and professional, and get back on the path to feeling successful—not to mention, to actually live a life that expressed my wholeness—for real.

Wanna know the dirty little secret we never discuss in professional life?

Everything that is happening inside you, affects everything that is happening outside of you, even when you’re working.

No matter how good you think you are at compartmentalizing, you don’t check your problems (or what caused them) at the door when you go to work.

Your energy influences your results.

So, if you’re not living prosperously, something inside you—something about your energy—is getting in the way.

I am the poster child for work that’s joyful, expressive, deeply satisfying, and prosperous.

I’ve used protocol-based energy techniques to heal myself and create massive prosperity for myself and my clients.

I believe in your big vision of prosperity—health, wealth, wisdom, happiness, purpose, and success—because that’s exactly what you came into this life to realize.

I’m here to support, heal, and guide you. You’re not alone.

My best friend and me in the Big Apple

I learned the hard way.

I’d grown up in a middle class Midwestern family that wasn’t fancy but in which I’d felt safe and taken care of. My needs were continuously met, and I was grateful for that upbringing.

Moving to New York City to attend college dramatically shifted my relationship with money and self-worth.

Newly responsible for my financial life, I was unprepared for how deeply traumatizing it was to live on a student budget with no immediate source of income, fully aware of the loans I’d taken on, and nursing a deeply ingrained family belief that asking for money was shameful.

So, I made sure never to ask my parents for money. I took on a series of low-paying jobs and stretched my dollars so far that they practically tore in half. I skipped meals, avoided any transportation that wasn’t free, and generally obsessed about money all day, every day.

I was living below the poverty line in the most expensive city in the United States. And I had never felt so alone, so ashamed, so fearful, or so lacking in value as a person.

And my thoughts, words, and behaviors reflected this energy. I was not healthy, wealthy, wise, or successful. I wasn’t aware of my own energy. Yet, it was creating my results.

They say that if you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere.

I was far from “making it.” And I was scared.

This was not the life I wanted to live. But I didn’t know what to do to change my life.

That’s the moment when, even though I was not looking for it, healing found me.

A friend invited me to go to a meditation and healing night. I wasn’t sure what that was, but that night profoundly changed my life. That is the night I met my spiritual teacher, Master Choa Kok Sui, and started studying energy and Master Choa’s life work: Pranic Healing.

I embraced this new world of energy. I spent money I didn’t have to take a Prosperity course with Master Choa. It was scary to invest in myself, but once I did, wonderful, unexplained things started happening. My grades improved. I started getting paid gigs and opportunities to perform with my oboe teacher. Then, I performed for a week as a sub with New York City’s top orchestra (my ultimate dream at the time).

For the first time in years, I felt hopeful. Good things were happening.

Finally, I was experiencing prosperity and success!

But then, I graduated and started my career. I stopped healing, out of fear as being judged or perceived as anything “less than a serious professional.”

(And yet, on occasions when I opted to heal my career or finances, the results were magic).

I landed amazing jobs. But at each one, something wasn’t quite right. I didn’t feel successful. Again.

My big, prosperous vision for my life was always there, calling me. But I was scared to look at why I wasn’t experiencing more success.

Until I recognized that the only through-line was: me—and my energy.

Leaving healing behind had made me forget about how energy works: energy follows thought.

My thoughts were less-than-beautiful. All the time.

So, I attended to my energy, so I could resume back toward my vision of prosperity and fulfillment.

I knew I needed healing. And I wasn’t sure what path to take. I longed for a modality that was more substantial and structured than yoga or talk therapy to help me resume my pathway to prosperity. I wasn’t sure Pranic Healing would feel right.

In 2018, after a 20-year hiatus, I went back to Pranic Healing—this time, to focus on my own healing.

In the 20 years since I’d left, the practice and modality had grown. It was protocol-driven, clinically researched, and had spread globally. There were healing certification programs, led by an MD, with more than one million registered practitioners (now including me. I’m an Associate Certified Pranic Healer).

I’ve never looked back.

In 2019, when I went full time as a business owner, I was scared. But this time, I remembered that energy was important.

So, as a born innovator, I decided to experiment with applying Pranic Healing to my own business.

I used it on myself, to move through my fears about money and stability.

I used energy healing on my business and on my client work, to generate broader prosperity.

The results were enormous. In just five years, I’d already created 4x revenue growth for myself. I’d also generated over $20 million in direct funding for clients.

Energy is a potent tool to create prosperity.

That’s why now, as The Business Healer, I dedicate myself to sharing what I’ve learned to help others unlock more fulfillment and prosperity using these innovative, transformational principles and practices.

Using energy as a tool, my in-demand executive coaching, prosperity healing, and group programs teach leaders how to transform themselves and their businesses, while experiencing more prosperity and joy.
